The seven-room hotel and laundry will allow you to legally earn income in Costa Rica.

The property is 300 square meters. Right next to the hotel there is a wooden structure which was
originally used it as a restaurant. It is currently used as a hostel, reception area and a sitting area
where guests are served breakfast. It has the potential for a variety of uses.

A significant number of customers are Costaricans that stay at the hotel regularly. International
customers, particularly European and Canadians frequent the area for bird-watching and other
nature-related activities.

Orosi is a very friendly town, numerous people come on Sunday`s for cycling, running or just to
visit the church, which is one of the oldest churches in Costa Rica.

The hotel has four rental units on the second floor with scenic views of the volcanoes and three
units on the ground floor. An assortment of bed arrangements accommodates from two to five
persons in a room. Each room has a private bath. A hot water tank provides hot water to both the
shower and the sink in six of the rooms. One of the rooms is smaller, accommodating one or two
guests and it has its own water heating element in the shower. All rooms have ceiling fans and 4
have an apartment size refrigerator. Room three on the ground floor, next to the laundry, has a
kitchen cabinet and sink and could serve as an owner/manager room.

Hotel Reventazón is conveniently located in the central district of Orosi, Cartago Province, within
walking distance of the bank, stores, restaurants, church, etc. The bus stop is only a half-block
from the hotel.

Orosi is a town of about 15,000 residents. It is predominately an agricultural area and the valley is
surrounded by mountains with picturesque coffee fincas (farms) and filled with friendly Ticos!

It is nature lover`s paradise on the Rio Reventazón in the valley that many consider the most
beautiful valley in Costa Rica, with a wide variety of birds, animals, flora, and fauna. It is home to
the oldest church in continuous operation in the country -- Iglesia de San Jose Orosi built in 1734.
Next to the church is a small, but a charming museum. There are a number of thermal pools in the
area. One is about a block from the hotel.
